Also, I have made some lifestyle changes:
-changing my pillowcase every other day
-drinking lemon water once a day (half a squeezed lemon a day)... i truly think this worked wonders to cleanse my system and it tastes good and it's natural and it evens out skin tone... can't say enough good things about it!
-drinking more water(you know the ol' 8 glasses a day!) you can't get rid of acne w/out getting rid of toxins
-drinking green tea (counts toward your 8 glasses) takes care of free radicals.
-eating a skin-friendly diet, i.e. less processed foods (even though i do slip up once in a while, no biggie) and more fruits, veggies, nuts, specifically tomatoes, cranberries, leafy greens, carrots, walnuts, yogurt: this has reduced my chocolate cravings by a lot!
- washing my hands more often
-NOT touching my face
