Looks like rolling and ice pick scars. Research the possible treatments for these on this site and other sites.

The best thing to get rid of red marks is... TIME! I used to have WAAYYYY more red marks than you. It has taken about 9 months for about 90% of them to go away and I used like 10 different products. I would say the best ones I used are Clinique Even Better Skin Corrector, Philosophy's Microdelivery Peel, and my Clarisonic skin brush. I know, I sound like an infomercial or something lol. Basically, my strategy was to exfoliate my face as much as possible without stressing it out too much because I am also using tretinoin so my skin is already sensitive. Also, use sunblock. At least you do not seem to have active acne! It will only get better from here! :D

If you are willing to pay there is a treatment called V BEAM LASER that helps to do away with the redness. I've done 4 sessions of it right now and it has slightly gone down. It costs approx $300/session for cheek areas. The derma told me this time that another 3-4 sessions and my redness will be gone. Initially I was told I only needed 4-5 sessions - so let's see. Based on all the research i've done this is the only thing to help with the redness. Also make sure you use strong spf sunscreen - if your scars get tanned they will look darker and more prominent. I use SPF50.

    Hope this helps!
