A year and 4 months on yasmine.
Staying away from wheat/gluten and sugar.
Skin clear after months of breaking out due to poor diet and not taking care of myself. I think the pill does help regulate everything, but ultimately I think diet controls my skin.
Also been liver cleansing and drinking apple cider vinegar/ pysllium husk and bentonite shake drinks to keep myself detoxed all the time. So hopefully when I do come off the pill my body wont have stored up so many toxins.
