And now.

Help! I've tried Pro-Active and it didn't do anything for me except dry my skin out like crazy, and then I tried going natural by taking Aloe Vera capsules, Vitamin E capsules, and following up with Aloe Vera Gel and Vitamin E cream. I'm so sick of trying new regimens because nothing ends up working for me! Should I try Dan's regimen? I'm kinda hesitant cause BP has never done anything for me before. At this point, I'm taking flaxseed oil capsules & aloe vera caps., using a Basis Gel cleanser, exfoliating with St Ives apricot scrub and following it with Queene Helen's Mint Julep Masque, and that's about it. I'm just so tired of trying new regimens and putting in all that time and energy and getting no results!!! :(

Maybe you shouldn't exfoliate. I've read that exfoliating can sometimes make acne worse. This is what I do:

      - wash face gently with Olay bath bar (normal skin, white bar)

      - rinse off using a wash cloth to gently exfoliate (be careful)

during the day I usually just put on some Olay Complete Sensitive skin lotion (SPF15) and some loose powder, but sometimes I'll put on BP before that.

At night, I wash my face (as mentioned above) and then apply Neutrogena multi-vitamin treatment and then some hefty doses of Clean & Clear persa-gel5 (5% BP). It helps keep my skin clear!

You can try doing the same, except you can do the night thing both night and day (just make sure to use a sunscreen). I hope this helps!
