I got clear from the use of Spironolactone 200 mg/a day at about 3-4 months. You can still see a red mark from a bad pimple I got on my nose from an IB from Spiro though. Still have it today, it was so painful! I got another bad breakout at almost 5 months, but since then I am clear again.
