What kind of pimples are these? Scars?

I've these marks for over a year now. How would I get rid of this? I've used Benzoyl Peroxide, I cleanse my face every night, I moisturize, etc!

Is there anything I can do? Are these scars?

THESE ARE ON BOTH SIDES OF MY CHEEKS!
