11 months on april 16 a whole year!

its been almost a year! I can actually see results now! i am so amaze, who ever is on the regimen dont stop! i though this was not going to work seriously, but it actually is.

i was looking at the pictures from before of last year when i first started, and i look at myself now and i am so proud of myself. i am not 100 percent clear with no red marks, but i do see improvement.
