Congrats on your acne getting better! Its tought to really gauge how soon your face will get clear from the accutane because it depends on the dosage of your medication and everybody is different. What is good, is that it sounds like you have passed the IB stage. I would assume by the time you are done with this round of accutane, you will be clear. Good luck!!

thanks. im taking 70 mg a day

Hey man. I'm on day 47 and my face is pretty much exactly the same as yours although I might be a little worse. From what I've read, right around now( the middle of the second month) is when the medication starts the clearing process. SO, good luck. Let's pray this stuff does the job for both of us.

ive just hit the 3 month mark and alough its calmed down alot i still got 3-4 pimples last week. ive notied with most peoples pics that the real clear skin happens in the middle of the 3rd month. its a long process and some days are tough, but your not alone and its so fantastic that you didnt wait any longer, its all happening and by this time next year it will be nothing but a bad memorie..
