hey, your acne looks like it's enough for accutane...but accutane is used for cystic acne mostly. it's obvious you are very pretty though!

sheesh, you look amazing, if people say anything mean to u cuz of your acne they are probably just jealous. And that smile...

You are beyond gorgeous! I have a friend who had acne just like yours, and her skin is flawless now. Ask your derm about accutane and don't pick!

Hey girl, I also think you are soooo pretty and that really shines through. Anyways, I don't know if you've ever heard of Spiroactine (I probabaly spelled that wrong) but its an androgene blocker. I was told about it about 7 months ago and been on it the last 6 months and I am dead serious my skin is COMPLETELY clear. It has been a total life saver for me. I'm also on Birth control Alesse and they seem to work great together. Well I'm not sure if this would interest you but this is my first time writing on here and felt the urge to tell you what helped me! Hope this was helpful. Let me know!

If you have problems with your acne I would suggest that you start

taking care of your self in terms of your diet

CUT OUT any and all Sugary Foods, Processed Foods, FAST FOODS!!!

Stop drinking Coke/ Pepsi, Stop taking Vaccines. and START reading the LABELS!!!

Knowledge is POWER, your situation is nothing if you have the knowledge and the willpower to

apply it accordingly.

I Suggest

1. Besides cutting junk food out of your diet, start taking vitamin supplements, Vitamin A, Vitamin C 1000mg a day, Chlorella, and Spirulina supplments, zinc, Selenium, DO Liver Detoxes, Cologn Detoxes and CLEANS YOUR BODY.

When I use to Have A lot of zits, I use to blame my genes/hormones etc etc, but at a certain point I thought, F*** this complaining and lets find a solution, and slowly I've take control of my situation without drugs, and 80% has to do with my diet!..

I have what is on your cheeks on my chin. Are you any better nowadays? I'm new to this site because my acne is fairly a new issue. Do you use makeup? It always makes it look worse. I hope you went ahead and used what you were using before because it worked for you. Sometimes doctors don't know best. You know you better then anyone. For me, I'm on prescriptions now and the verdict is still out. I just have lot of discoloration which really is sometimes worse then the acne. Anyway, I hope you are doing well.

I'm having a hard time coping. What are you using to help your acne. I finally wen to a derm and prim car physician who gave me 2 different treatmens. My derm less aggressive than my prim care dr. My prim wants me to take Yaz. I'm unsure witha ll the side effects. I'm 37 with 3 young boys and luckily a very understanding husband. I feel lost about this. Hi! So, I have not been on here in such a long time..funny that I get on the day that you comment! My scarring is not as bad but I do still have acne...especially the big hormonal ones around cycle time. I am still using acne free severe but I feel that it is becoming less effective. I recently tried some product from clear cell. It is a medicated treatment but you do not need a prescription. The catch is that you have to find a place that sells it! I have only used the samples but the regular sizes run about 25 dollars I believe. Anyway, I wish that there was a secret that I could tell you of how I deal but idk what it is...I just do. Some days are worse than others, those are the days I avoid mirrors and usually wear loose fitting clothes and no make up...but most days I just ignore it I guess. I don't really wear make up other than eyeshadow, eye liner, and mascara...although I have been considering a search for a good foundation lately. Like you I have a very understanding boyfriend to rely on. Hmm...I'm not sure what else to say without sounding like im babbling on
