i have red marks that are exacetly like yours except I have alot more than yours. don't you think red marks make our skin look indented in certain lights even thought they are actually flat? gosh! how long have u had your red marks for? Yours actually doesn't look that bad at all. I've had mine for over a year now. i hate them so much. Let me know if there is any tips on getting rid of those nasty stuff ok..
