Hey man, your really cut and you have some lean muscle there mate.

Could you possibly offer me some advice?

Like if you take suppliments etc any steriods even (I won't tell).

Also, i'm around 137lbs and very lean. I work out everyday and can see the improvements already. My muscles are well defined and i'm hoping to put some weight on and some mass. I eat loads, and I mean loads, over 2500 cals a day, no saturated fats. So its all good.

What exercises do you do for your arms and abs? If you have a workout plan, care to share?
