same here, man. it's like it's never gonna end... the only thing you can do is to keep trying and change the way you are thinking about your scars....

    this is life,i guess

Same situation here! After 11 years of acne, i now have to deal with the scars. Mine are very similar to yours. I really don't know what to do now...

I don't think that you should stick with the regimen instead of seeing a doctor. You should realize that scar treatments take a long time but before going into it, you should first eliminate any traces of acne and inflamatory lesions. For this, my advice is to dedicate a full year to take accutane. 6 months after the last pill, your red marks should improve a lot by itself. Then, on the second year, you could try clinical treatmentes in order to improve skin tone and color. Your doctor should combine dermapulse or other type of Intense Pulsed Light treatment with medium chemical peels (blue peel, herbal peel, etc). In the third year, you could do a single session of full, drastic dermoabrasion or full ablasive laser ressurfacing. 6 months after this, your skin will probably be 90-95% better. Of course, there is no such thing like a 100% improve but you can always look for new treatments 4 years from now to improve your scars even further.

You are a very handsome guy. I mean, really. Don't lost all of your confidence just yet. :D
