Week 1

One week's gone by. For the first couple days, my face felt non-oily and extremely smooth. It seemed like a lot of BP to put on, but it dries up well and my face was feeling awesome.

My face still doesn't feel oily, which is great, but it's definitely starting to feel a little dry. I used the lotion at night the other day, but I'm not going to make that a habit because I'm trying to stick strictly to Dan's regimen for now. It burns a little to put the lotion on after the BP too recently. I'm not sure if it's because my skin is dry, or because cetaphil is irritating my skin. Any ideas?

Also, I don't feel right using the vinegar on my back. It doesn't seem to be helping things at all, so I'm going to stop using it for now and in a few days I'm going to buy some Head & Shoulders and start using that as a rinse-off topical instead.

Till next week!

Way to go, definitely seeing some improvement.

Whats with the head and shoulders ordeal?

Unless you are trying to manage dandruff, dont go overboard...which reminds me to say kudos for deciding to savw the vinegar as a salad dressing.

I honestly didnt click on the technical part of Dan's regime instructions to see just how much BP to apply, but from my one trial (so far) I can tell it's lathery enough to cover a good portion and maintain that rubbing motion for a solid minute.
