Week 0 (Day 1)

Today, my AoR Treatment 2.5% benzoyl peroxide gel came in the mail, so I'm starting the reg today. Here are some pictures of my skin now. For some reason, I'm really confident about the results I feel like I'm going to get. One can only hope! =)

I also started taking a 50mg zinc supplement yesterday. I decided I'm going to continue to use the ACV on my back, but discontinue it on my face, replacing it with the AoR Treatment Gel.

Photo Information for Week 0 (Day 1)

Everyone that starts the regime has to beging by feeling confident, so even in your preparation hours you have the right mentality.

You see so many threads that begin with a day 1 photo, and a month goes by wihtout any updates :D It's a shame, because Benzoyl Peroxide is a wonderful topical.

Your situation doesnt seem too bad (I know, it feels horrible, but in reality, your not a candidate for accutane)

The regime should work fine for you.

I'm waiting for the 2.5% regime purchase to arrive, but I do have some 10% that I dabb on troublesome areas of my back and arm which helps, and it would work on my face if it wasnt so harsh.

    keep us posted!
