week 6

My forehead has pretty much always been clear, even during the worst of my breakouts. but over our 2 week break, my forehead started breaking out in small, uninflamed bumps. I'm pretty sure this is a result from a combination of eating more junk than usual (aka christmas cookies) and not getting as much exercise. Normally, I run on the weekends at least once, ideally twice, and I bike to school as long as its not raining. but over break, i ran a total of 3 or 4 times. that was it. I can't think of any other reason for the sudden forehead breakout. This picture doesn't really do it justice, and you can't really see how many bumps there are. trust me, I know its not bad at all, but its worse in person.
