I've been living with these scars for so long, I feel numb.

I know that I'm not one the unluckiest person in the world, yet I might be one of the most helpless one...

I really do need some help (desperately)

    the cruelest reminder

when you sleep and wake up in the morning, does your scars look like at their best rather than during the day?

if so, i may have a solution for you.

r those scars on ur face??? If they are, you may want to consider visiting a surgical dermatoligist. He probably would be able to do a procedure that would help you out alot.

They look like very shallow ice pick scars, I would go to an dermatologist, and ask the dermatologist for recommendation on surgical procedures, possibly some sort of chemical peel, good luck.

I'm assuming this is a picture of the side of your face and i know exactly what you should do. First find a good exfoliator! I recommend something with glycolic acid...glytone exfoliating lotion is what i use. You can work this into your skincare regimen after you wash and before you moisturize. Then i highly recommend finding a good skin care specialist like a dermatologist or even better an aesthitician who can perform some chemical peels and/or microdermabrasion. Exfoliation is the key to sloughing off the dead damaged skin so new skin will come to the surface and your scars will fade much faster! good luck!

Your skin looks abit unhealthy, try fixing up the skin tone, that would help you alot with the appearance. Maybe your a smoker. Try some green tea antioxitant serum products.

exfoliate does the job for this..this is actually easier to fix than an outbreak..trust me.. i've had had much deeper scars..and they heal eventually... but I advice you to be very patient ;p

    Hi Pal,

I too have similar one. I met a Surgical dermatologist, he initially suggested me to go ahead with Derma Abrasion. The if no improvements probably Derma Rolling etc.

He also prescribed Glycolic Acid Cream 12% W/W to apply at night 30 minutes before sleep.

I strongly suggest you to meet a Surgical Derm, and get it know. All those OCT etc really wouldn't work except empty your pockets.

    Good Luck !!!

You need to see a doctor, a plastic surgeon. I am sure some sort of laser could help you.

Invest in some nice products to use topically on your face just to make your skin look fresher and healthier in the mean time. Protect your skin now and work on your skin gradually over the next several years. It may be expensive for the lasers but I know how you feel being in a position where you either get help or just wanna die. So, be patient. I am sure you know nothing will work overnight. But don't give up, technology is getting better and better everyday and you will one day have smoother skin. :D Just remember that its how you react to hardship that builds character, perfection leaves us like a blank page. Believe me, people resect those who can overcome things like this.
