I've quit dairy foods.
I've almost completely cut sugar out of my diet.
Everything I eat is healthy with only a few exceptions.
I'm using Panoxyl (benzoyl peroxide) 10 face wash and the 2.5 cream.
Sugar scrub (sugar-catsor oil and extra virgin olive oil) has cleared all my big spots up and now I don't have any pustules. However the sugar scrub irritates the skin obviously so I'm left with all this redness and I still need to keep the spots away.
So my plan is now to use the face wash twice a day and then use my simple rich moisturiser and then when I'm at home I'll use the 2.5 cream.
I've managed to stop picking my spots by writing "Don't Pick" on all the mirrors, I'm now out of the habit.
