Before the Regimen

I actually used the regimen before, and it worked really well, except that it made my cheeks really red. So I gave up on the regimen. However, nothing I've tried since then has managed to clear up the spots, especially on my forehead and temples. I think that the reason that my cheeks got so irritated last time was because I was applying too much BP right away. I was using 5 % BP three times a day. In addition to being more dilligent, I am not going to apply BP to my cheeks. I'll be sure to keep you guys posted. Just in case anybody was wondering these are the products I am going to be using: 1. Nivea for Men Oil Control Face Wash 2. Nature's Cure 5 % BP Vanishing Cream 3. C.O. Bigelow Extra Light Oil-Free Face Lotion

you definetly were using too much.with 2.5% BP you have to gradually increase the usage from 1 time a day to 2 when you're used to it.now you're using 5% 3 times a day, don't get impatient.plus what you have isn't bad you just got to slow down.
