Ok, so it's been almost 4 months since I started looking after my skin - properly. Well not really. I still eat and drink lollies and coke etc, but OMG my skin has cleared up. It is amazing. I have never been happier.
I changed my routine a bit, and the increase of warmer weather and vitman D from the sun has improved my skin dramatically.
So now in the mornings i just wash my face with water
then i apply Palmers cocoa butter face moisturiser (not greasy at all)
and then my makeup. But, i discontinued using liquied fountation as it makes you break out. So all i use is a lil bit of powder foundation and bronzer.
At night i just splash my face with water, put in the palmers moisturiser and this product from a company Melaleuca (available in the US, order in AUS) called "Zap it" it is a miracle worker - just roll it on the individual spots.
Now i only get about 1 or two tiny pimples a week and the Zap It reduces their size by about 60% overnight.
Maybe if i drank more water then my overall complexion would look more luminious but im lazy. lol.
So yeah, it can be done. Ive just kept it simple and let my skin do its own work. But i swear its the Vitamin D. And solariums do contain vitamin D in their UVB lights. So its worth a shot if you're coming up to winter (not me hehe! Summer holidays!!)
