Sept 22 -There's hope!

How fantastic!!!

I have one active pimple, the rest are red marks and those I can deal with for the moment.

I know I shouldn't put too much into this improvement but....I can't help it. It's been so long and I'm starting to look like my old self again.

Yesterday I saw a Natropath. She has me on a liver cleanse, Vitex and Saw Palmetto. Maybe those will help in the long run too.

I'm still worried about an upcoming cyclical breakout.

p.s. That's my dog passed out on the floor behind me, looking tragic.

Your dog looks gigantically cute and cuddly! Oh, and I love your wide-plank wood floors...They give me the impression you live in an old farm house! (Sorry, off topic. ) Wow! One active pimple! That's great! Don't stress too much about your monthy breakout...stress causes breakouts too! :| Good luck with the natural stuff.

Wow great improvement! I don't know if u have ever tried Fusidic acid but this stuff i find is a wonder cream for cysts. Its used for all sorts of skin irritations from acne to cold sores. It penetrates deep, like to the bone deep, and it forms a barrier around the bacteria from the rest of your skin. BP works good for killing the bacteria but i find that for something like a cyst it can leave a red mark where that cyst was once the bacteria has died.
