    Hi great improvement. Maybe you might want to try and cut out the potatoes and rice cakes though b/c I've read and studied a lot that those foods will spike your blood sugar and cause acne. I noticed when I changed my diet as well that my skin greatly improved to the point people actually gave me compliments after 5 yrs saying wow your skin looks a lot better. I usually eat cantaloupe pieces for morning,lunch,dinner, and an apple during the day and nighttime right now been having an orange as well and usually eat some pastas or turkey burgers and all that. Maybe you might wanna try that stuff out but it looks like you are eating well all ready maybe just the potato stuff you might wanna get rid of. Good luck anyway!!!
