These have been a good couple weeks. Here's an update on my regimen:


Vitamin A 30,000 iu

Vitamin B5 10 mg (only for 3 months)

Vitamin B100 complex

Vitamin C with Rose Hip 2000 mg

Vitamin E 800 iu

Flax Oil 4000 mg

Calcium 1200 mg

MSM 2,000 mg

Milk Thistle 700 mg

Jarro Dophilus 2 pills, 4.4 billion organisms each (only for 1 month)

9 tablespoons Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar

occasional Psyllium and Bentonite shakes



wash with pure glycerine soap, tone with ACV undiluted, moisturize with jojoba oil and tea tree oil mixture


wash with extra virgin olive oil, wash 3 times with pure glycerine soap, tone with ACV undiluted


Desert Essence Blemish Touch Stick, TTO on a Q-tip


Aztec Secret Bentonite Clay with Bragg’s ACV mask


apple, grapefruit, pear, strawberry

carrot, lettuce, onion, garlic, cucumber, beet, mushroom

rice, rice cakes, quinoa, potatoes

olive oil, low sodium tamari sauce

juicing carrots with leafy greens (dandelion greens, kale, etc.)

lemon water, herbal and decaf tea


jog a few times a week

try to get 8 hours sleep

    congrats on the improvement. don't you worry that in that big list of supplements something could be having a negative effect? how do you test?
