Day 1 - with makeup

Makeup still doesn't cover everything, but this is me just before work.. I work at a surf store, so if i looked the way i do without makeup on, i think i'd be fired the second i walked in. haha.

I LOVE MAKEUP!

does anyone have any good makeup tips for covering up the pimples, or any really good makeup brands? currently i use Dior concealer and Revlon foundation. Is MAC or Napoleon any good? Up for spending any amount of money as long as it gives me a flawless complexion, and isn't too obvious or caked on, as i go to a private school and makeup isn't smiled upon.

xx.

I think you should continue using whatever makeup you are using now b/c you look so pretty and are GLOWING! I had to really search the pic before I even detected any redness. Then again I'm straining to see it! Beautiful girl!

I use Maybelline NY Mousse Foundation EXCELLENT STUFF! and its worth it .. its so much cheaper and don't worry about the size bc i use mine almost everyday and I have had it for 4 months now. With liquids they always lasted a month at most same with pressed powder .. but this stuff lasts bc all u really need to use are your fingers (make sure they are clean) .. sponges and brushes take the foundation and most of it stays in the sponge and never goes on ur face. Next I use J.A.N.E Translucent powder .. its wicked cheap and there is alot in the container. Thats what i use to cover up everything and it works very well .. look at my pix.

Wow, you've got some great makeup skills!

You look a lot like my 19 year old sister, who has the same skin problems that I do. Your acne is a little flatter and more widespread than ours was, but we both responded very well to Dan's regimen. Best of luck!

Aww you're so pretty! And in this picture your skin looks really clear, it seems like you're really good at putting make-up on!

Anyways I looked at your other pictures and your story sounds similar to my own. I hadn't broken out badly until i was 15 (now 16, almost 17) and i was DESPERATE so my derm put me on accutane. it worked wonders and my skin stayed perfectly clear for nine months, not one zit. but then it slowly came back and i tried the regimen which cleared me up really nicely.

the only thing with the regimen is, like other acne medications/regimens, you have to stick with it even after your skin is clear. trust me when i say this; i didn't stick with it and now i'm dealing with more breakouts.

good luck and don't let your acne get you down, you are still a pretty girl!

It looks like your skin is irritated by something, might it be the skincares or make-ups? Don't put any harsh products nor thick make-up on your skin now because they will make it worse only.

It's best to seek advice from the doctor...they will help you. :|
