Day 2

Hmm, well its day 2 and already I'm a bit off track. While reading the Natural Remedies Treatment Ratings yesterday I came across the thread about Aspirin Masks, so I decided to give it a go. I'm not sure if it was that, or the Persa-Gel(in Canada ours is 5%) that I'm using but when I woke up this morning my Pangaea of papules had pretty much separated into separate Continents of smaller pimples and whiteheads...YAY! (I never thought I'd be so excited to see those little buggers!).

This afternoon I went out and bought some new makeup-Almay Clear Complexion foundation and powder, and some Tinted Oxy Cream(I'm so darn sick of having red spots all over!). And I binned my Cover Girl Clean makeup! I'm sure the CG stuff was contributing to the problem!! I hope the new stuff is better, the website says that it "Heals and Conceals" which sounds like cotton candy and rainbows to me, so here's hoping!!!

Hi! The Almay foundation that you bought is great. I wear it everyday. I was considering the Physicians Formula foundation though because it says "Mineral" on the package and I've heard that mineral makeup is better for your face. I love love love Almay products however. I agree with you about the Cover Girl stuff. Even the powders seem to turn greasy on me. I will never again use them unless it's eyeshadow or something that doesn't go on my regular facial skin.
