Still Alive

Hi everyone!

It's been a while and this battle never stops.

The past 6 or so months I've been occupied with work and the death of a close friend/mentor. When someone you care about dies before living a full life, everything in your mind is placed into perspective.

I know a few of you have shared in my journey. Let me fill you in:

My face has been completely clear since Feb 06.

I'm using Dan’s BP in the evening and differen during the day with Neutrogena spf 15 moisturizer. I dig the glaxalbase but am not using it because there's no SPF...

Still doing the regular oatmeal in the morning with multivitamin pill

and probiotics and green tea.

Problem now is I'm beginning to break out again.

Cystic acne is appearing on the jawline and neck.

My chest and back are breaking out BAD.

It's funny how this all goes. The face is fine but the body acne ridden. or the face is pimpled up and body clear.

I'll try to take pics but I'm doing everything I can to stay away from antibiotics/accutane.

It's a tough one but never give up. There's a wonderful world out there acne or acnefree.

Regards,

Kone
