      Ok they are more visible on this pic, they look relatively small in diameter and not very deep so perhaps punch elevation or punch excison of individual scars instead of treating your whole face may be an option. If the punch sites need to be smoothed down afterwards you could ask your Doc to do so with a surgical razor blade instead of Laser of Dermabrasion.

      Just noticed the shadow in the upper left hand part of your face not sure if its a crater or just a lighting effect, if its a crater then a dermal filler is an option.

      Hi alee.. To start with i have almost same type of scars like you have. Even the postioning is to an extent exact. I have started to take derma roller treatment to cure the scars. Also as per doctor i am taking a salicylic acid peeling with auqa thearpy to control new acne production after a month of derma roller session. And it has really worked for me. I am two sessions down on both the treatment. So both going on alternatively each month. I am very much hopeful to get 70-80 percent result. :):) Hope this info was of any use to you. Take care! :)
