workin out does help with acne

I did have bad acne on my deltoids and a few on my biceps(ouch). I rarely get acne below my shoulders now

How long did it take you to get pumped like that? Are you an easy gainer or you diet and workout forever?

I can't even put on a pound so I never try with weight training.

What seems to generally work are the core lifts....Bench, Deadlift and squats. Once you put on some weight then you can advance to a split rountine(Like Arms on Mon, Back on Tues, Wed-Rest, Thurs Legs and so forth.

If you are trying to gain weight, carbs, protein and fats(talkin the kind from peanuts and steaks, not Mcdonlads) are you friends. Protein shakes are a great supplement staple and creatine is good for retaining water.
