yeh sweety no w ay should you be picking. seriousy what good is it going to do? but risk scarring and only make the zits bigger or leave ugly brown marks and raw looking blotchy skin. and then keep breaking out with with new pimples afterwards. well your skin looks irritated and i can tell you picked like a mad women. i know it fucking blows and you just want it to hurry h\up already but things dont work liek that. you just have to be patient. i would tlak to my derm about ogin back on accutnae because if your picking and your breaking out consistently, those 2 in combination are not good at all beleive me . theres only so much a human being can take. your derm has got to be the biggest inconsiderate asshole if he/she doesnt put you on accutane. actuane will help you out greatly with time. im wishing you all luck and i pray for you.

Light therapy with levulan or Accutane are what you should be doing. There's no point in wasting your time with in between steps. The reality is that your acne is doing permanent damage and you don't want it to be that severe for any longer than it needs to be.
