Spironolactone Updated
Been dealing with hormonal acne since I hit adulthood. Started spiro 100mg/day on 12/19/17. Some dry mouth. Drier skin than normal, but not noticeable after moisturizing. Few days of mild breast tenderness that resolved. No dizziness, fatigue, hair loss.- 22

help Updated
I have had acne for a few years and I do not know how to fix it. I have tried sacylic acid and benzoyl peroxide but neither of them work. Most of the time it looks okay but under bright lights, it looks really bad. Could it be pityrosporum follicullitis? Thanks- 2
