A year's worth of improvement in pictures. I credit the paleo diet, caveman regimen, cinnamon, and minerals (zinc, chromium, magnesium) for my success clearing acne. UPDATE: I'm keeping it up! The only mineral I take now is magnesium - I wouldn't survive without it.
