I wanted to share some pictures that I had found of me when I used to have really bad acne (unfortunately it not alot cause I hated pictures taking of me without makeup and that are too close to my face that indicates that I had acne). As of now, I don't have any current breaks out, and bit of red scarring from popping those suckers! The only time that I would get a pimple now is when the time of the month shows up. Other than that...here are some pics from my first semester in college up till now. I remembered trying so many different products to help with my acne all at once (which is a big no no) and used products that have those fighting acne ingredients. And also tried to do this and that for topical and internal. But what got me to where my skin is at now was to keep my skin care simple and less, try not to stress out as often (which that also messed me up in the past), wearing less makeup (instead of caking the heck out of your face which I used to do), drinking plenty of water (DUH), moisturize!, GIVE IT TIME, and just to be happy and not giving a crap of what people say or pushing you of their recommendations. 

My current regimen:

Morning: Nothing (unless if there's a special event then gently cleanse with soap bar for 30 to 45 seconds, rinse, pat dry, and moisturize). If skin feeling tight/dry then slap on moisturizer (current fav vanicream cream).

Night: Cleanse with dove soap bar. If had makeup, then cleanse twice for 30 seconds. Every 2 to 5 days (or just when my skin needs it) exfoliate with a device (a baby rag towelette or hand glove exfoliate). Then use moisturizer (current fav vanicream cream). 

P.S. it will take about a month to see improvements, so be patience! Also, less is more when it comes to skincare ;)
