I'm just now beginning to realize not only do my hormones play a role but also what I eat and drink. I've cut back on soda and I drink more water. I also cut out milk and now i drink almond milk. I cut back on cheese and the only meat I eat now is chicken. My skin care regimen is as follows: Morning: I wash my face with The Body Shop tea tree oil cleanser and use the body shop toner after it dries. Night time: I wash my face with biore because it really gives ur face a clean feel and sometimes I use a spin brush with it if I wore makeup that day. After it dries, I put a little bio oil on my face and then I put some Cortizone cream on my new acne not on my entire face.
