starting using regimen 11/4/16 and what my skin looks like now.my skin has never looked like this before so initially I was even more stressed and depressed because of it. I got over it and loved myself however my skin looked and just learned to be patient with the process and journey back to the skin im used to having. I'm not sure exactly what made my skin breakout so bad.my forehead stays pretty clear and smooth. I may get one breakout but it goes away pretty fast. my guess would be stress/ hormones and also I noticed my skin first start to breakout with cystic acne about a week after I tried the charcoal and palmers glue mask to get out small blackheads I had.(big mistake). I still get breakouts but not as bad as it was. I mostly have a lot of hyperpigmentation. also, I have tried natural face mask a couple days out of the week. one being cinnamon and egg. which seemed like its helping with the spots. and it doesn't irritate my skin. Just be sure not to use a lot of cinnamon. I use one whole egg and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
