Is it ok to use Ponds Dry skin cream while on this regimen?

has anyone else used it?

straight away i wud say i PERSONALLY wouldnt use it simply as it contains oil

id suggest steering clear of anythin with mineral oil in

it doesnt mean it wil break you out, but there is a higher risk

i thought you were talking about washing your face in a pond, like with alage. ANYWAYS i aggree with damian because he has experience.

ok thanks guys i will stay away from it. i was also wondering about St. Ives Renewal Cream with Alpha & Beta Hydroxy (for all skin types)

i tried to spell them best i could.

If its has acids in its title then it probably has quite high percentages of it (espically with beta and alpha) and also latic and salicylic listed in teh ingredients, so I wouldn't proably recommend it unless your skin is quite unsensitive, but even then along with BP use aswell it may be too much :)
