:D I get ORGANIC FOOD ALLOWANCE from my parents, lol, so I went shopping today, bought a whole bunch of good stuff like..

(everything organic)

parsley, apples, oranges, avocados, dried apricots, prunes, pear, grapefruit, kale, romain lettuce, carrots.. and more!!

I never had kale in my life, so, I looked up it's benefits on http://www.whfoods.com

and found so much good stuff.

Just a tip I found out today... Try ethnic food markets. They're full of healthy food and CHEAP. I got 5 things for 5 bucks... including a young coconut (candida killer), some wasabi, pickled cabbage (contains probiotics [L. plantarum]) pickled papaya (more natural probitocs!) and coconut milk (candida killer once again!). I wish I knew about all this stuff when I was on the strict candida diet, now I'm on the lets eat lots of fruits and vegetables and feel full of energy diet.
