BP left out in the heat

I left my BP in the heat for about an hour in my car, when I was doing a run. When I went to use it after the run,the BP was warm and very watery. It didn't seem to dry my face like it normally does. However, when I went to use it at night it was back to normal and it dryed my skin like it should. Does the heat decrease the effectiveness of BP and does it stay noneffective even after its back to normal room temperature?

I don't think an hour would affect it permanently. After all, alot of products are stored in warehouses, and they sit in mail trucks/delivery trucks and mailboxes in the heat sometimes for longer than that.

It should still be alright. I just think that long-term heat would likely degrade it, but I doubt an hour would harm it much, if any.
