On the other hand, dont eat it cos it has the highest GI value of all fruits. Most high GI foods are linked to obiesity, bad health and acne. Depends on ur diet in the end.

Yes, It is hard to find Organic melons. I bought an Organic Honeydew melon, and it was 8 bucks!

Papayas are better then melons, I've been eating one for breakfast every day. They have papain, which is a natural digestive enzyme, as well as good amounts of Vitamin C, beta carotene and other things. :)

Melons on the other hand are mostly water and have a high sugar content too. Papayas are only midway on the glycemic index, I believe.
