I understand how you feel. I am going through the same thing as you are now. Accutane works to eliminate pimples other than that your red spots should clear up in 6-8 weeks after your face is clear of pimples.

This was my post earlier last week...

I just found the answer on http://www.skincarephysicians.com/acnenet/...vereacne.html#3

It is important to take isotretinoin as prescribedâ€â€even if the skin clears before all of the pills have been takenâ€â€to prevent relapse. At the end of an effective course of isotretinoin therapy, all or most of the acne lesion will have cleared. Patients may notice residual erythematous (reddish) macules (flat spots) where acne lesions were present. These macules are not scars, and they will fade in 6 to 8 weeks.

Ok wow in 6-8 weeks thats pretty quick for the reddish spots to clear =)

Dermablend is good, don't use much...and get good shade for red spots only maybe. If not, good luck with this!
