are peels better than microdermabrasions for shallow, small scarred pores?

^title explains it all

but about the peels. is it better to do series of light peels than one strong peel?

would it be better to combine light peels w/microdermabrasions?

I would do light peels to start since the accumulation of light peels seems to do what one strong peel can do. Light peels generally don't seem to change the skin permanently so if your skin does not get better with the peels, or gets worse, you can just stop and your skin will eventually return to its original state. With light peels you have to maintain results by going every few months after the initial weekly series. I wouldn't combine peels with microdermabrasion since they are both treatments that exfoliate the skin and you would be overdoing it at that point and risking scarring.
