Keep your hair out of your face!

Recommended Posts

It's very basic advice, but you'd be shocked at how many people don't know this. This probably applies to guys mostly, but if your hair is always in your face (i.e. covering your forehead) then the oil from your hair is getting on your face. I know many people, including myself, whose foreheads have cleared up a lot simply because they brushed or combed their hair to the side.

I believe this to be true is well. The funny thing is that when I went to my doctor to get Retin-A he gave me an information sheet about acne and it said that acne is not cause by hair touching the forehead. It also says that people suffering from acne should not use a moisturiser. Why did he give me an information sheet full of lies? I don't trust doctors.
