Angles of the nose?

This might be the dumbest ? ever: in the Differin package insert, it says to avoid putting the cream on "the angles of the nose". Where exactly is that?

I guess the place where the nose goes over into cheeks, moustache area and especially the eye area (this area should always be avoided). So that's simply the corners/angles/boarders of your nose. This is probably because these areas are pretty weak and don't have a lot of oilglands so they're very prone to drying out. My whole nosewings are pretty sensitive and dry even without putting anything on there. Even when not putting anything on my face they are pretty red.

The message comes down to simply not applying differin (one of the many acne topicals that is very drying to your skin) on places where you have weak/dry/sensitive skin.
