Routhman's Regimen- AWESOME!

Recommended Posts

Before I have people telling me that this won't work, I'm irritating my skin, etc...I just have to say that I've used it twice (presently, and in the past), and both times that I have used it- it has worked wonders.

Morning:

1) Cleanse with Nature's Plus Tea Tree Oil Cleansing Bar (in hot shower--> pores are open)

2) Use 1 Clearasil Ultra Cleansing Pad (contains 2% Salicylic Acid)

3) Spot Treat w/BP (Optional)

Afternoon (Optional):

1) Cleanse with Nature's Plus Tea Tree Oil Cleansing Bar (in hot shower--> pores are open)

2) Use 1 Clearasil Ultra Cleansing Pad (contains 2% Salicylic Acid)

3) Spot Treat w/BP (Optional)

Night (same as the morning):

1) Cleanse with Nature's Plus Tea Tree Oil Cleansing Bar (in hot shower--> pores are open)

2) Use 1 Clearasil Ultra Cleansing Pad (contains 2% Salicylic Acid)

3) Spot Treat w/BP (Optional)

You must use the Tea Tree and the Pads for this to work- the Tea Tree/SA Pads alone will not be enough (trust me, I've tried both ways!)

This regimen dries your skin, making it feel tight. However, I would not reccomend a moisturizer- this regimen works BECAUSE it is drying out your pimples! If you're using moisturizer, then you'll be diminishing the purpose of this regimen.

Again, many people may disagree and say it is bad for your skin to dry it out, etc. However- it WORKS!

I promise you that you will see results within the first week! I didn't have an initial breakout or anything...My skin started clearing up (both times I've used it) so fast! I've only started using this regimen for 3-4 days and already my skin is looking so much better! I urge you to try this regimen if you don't mind dry skin- I'm begging you...it has worked so well that I need to let others know about it!

As it says in my signature, the first time I used this regimen, I was completely clear within 2 weeks!! (No exagerrations!) This regimen really works.

Please, try it- I understand that you may be skeptical...but ask yourself, what have I got to gain from this? I'm certainly not going to make any money (I dont even have a job; I'm still in highschool!)

well yes you are drying out the pimples thats true, but cant blemishes be caused by dry skin? because the wall of cells or blood or something ruptures as the skin starts to crack and peel due to dryness make it easy for the skin when pimples erupt to blemish, i mean a pimple is bad enough, it can take a week to disappear sometime, but blemishes can last for months!

My skin doesn't get that dry...It definitely doesn't get to the point of flaking or anything.

If there are any questions...feel free to ask- it's 2am here so I'm going to bed. I'll answer all questions as soon as possible.

Again, I encourage this method- it's been a Godsend. :)

No. I have dry skin, and I have acne. My skin doesn't get oily unless I don't wash it for a whole day.
