aspirin mask absorption into skin

Recommended Posts

Obviously, since the aspirin dissolves into big grains, if I put 5 aspirin on my face it's not going to be like taking 5 aspirin.

But, I am concerned about how much aspirin, if any, gets absorbed when you do a mask. I have a liver condition and am not supposed to take any aspirin orally. But this mask has been great for my face! I just want to know if it could possibly be harming me internally though.

Some will be absorbed. How much? No one can know unless you measure your own blood.

Also be aware that the aspirin only acts as an anti-inflammitory, and not a treatment.
