you should try going for 30 minute runs every morning. It is really helping my back acne.

After a week of doing it I feel like if I took my shirt off someone would say "dam man you got heaps of pimples on your back" as opposed to "OMG WTF!"

anything that raises the temperature of ur body for like a while will help ur acne b/c the saltiness of ur sweat

can clean ur skin and the different temperature will kill bacteria b/c they need a specific temperature to live in

and running will incr. the healing process of ur body so aerobic excerises will help ya
