Just a little help please

I'm in my post acne phase, I only have marks left. And since school is over for me I would like to try something from now until Septemper. What I was thinking, was changing my whole routine. Doing sports and eating well. I would like some help on what foods to eat and what foods to avoid? I know there are no scientific fact that acne and food are related but I'm just aking for a list of foods to avoid and what to eat to help my skin finish clearing up. PLEASE REPLY ANYONE PLEASE!!!!!

Consult a dietician. They didn't give him/her that fancy degree to cover the nail in their wall.
