Your favorite vegatables for overall skin improvement, etc?

I really like eating kale with coconut oil. It really helps my skin and I notice it prolongs my energy with this mix. Kale has been mention before it deserves to be in the spotlight again lol

Another vegatable would be celery and coconut oil. Celery is soothing for the blood i do believe but i really feel the calmness eating it.

Onion scallions with raw egg yolk I really like it together as for great skin improvements as well.

Anyone else have a favorite vegatables that they like to share?

Oooh I forgot about avocados (fruit) great for my skin as well!

I would say broccoli, carrots and celery, I like to dip all of those in hummus. Carrot juice is exceptional, as is spinach.
