The hell with my diet man. It's working great and all, but I've had enough. I'm eating more, but I'm losing even more weight. Plus I'm taking in all the good fats (olive oil, coconut oil and flaxseed oil) and still having a problem gaining weight. Problem is that I'm to active and that's the way I am. I'm just not strong enough anymore. I use to work out 2 times a day every other day, now it's gone to every 5 days only once because I'm getting to weak. I struggle with my opponents who I use to easily muscle out. It's a shame that it all came down to this, but enough is enough.

I will be eating my healthy foods along with regular food so I can put on even more weight.

I'm going to be taking supplements as well. Anything else I should add?

- Vitamin A (50mg)

- Vitamin E (50mg)

- Zinc (100mg)

- Broccoli pills (500mg)

- Magnesium (50mg)

Having trouble gaining wait...heh, I wish I had that problem.

You may just have a really high metabolism, especially if you are athletic, and just need to eat more of what you've been eating. More calories, more protein. The more calories you burn off, the more you have to intake.
