Nutritional Suppliments

I want to start taking nutritional suppliments for my acne. Can anyone give me the rundown of B5 and fish oil pills? Any advise on frequency and how to take it?

I'd suggest taking 2 Omega-3 6+9 caplets daily. (fish oils, good oils like evening primrose oil) I'd also suggest taking 2 Johnstons Zinc caplets. B5 Complex is a GREAT supplement to be taking too for your skinI'd suggest Johnstons brand for that one too. Great products they have. Take all those supplements once after supper (large meal).
