I'm thinking about buying that Arizona Green tea. Man, that stuff is so good. But I had a couple of breakouts this weekend. I don't know if it's from that or not because I also had a bunch of junk food this weekend, so yeah.

Green tea has great health benefits for the skin and body.

Just a piece of advice:

My doctor pointed out that green tea is often sprayed with HUGE amounts of pesticides and other dangerous chemicals. Some amount of those chemicals then seep into the tea you drink. These chemicals are not only harmful to your body but also because of their toxic nature will aggravate your skin. I drink A LOT of green tea daily so I make sure I buy one that was grown organically. (Certified organic)
