NOTHING affects my chest acne.

Recommended Posts

I find the trouble with (my) chest acne is that it DOESNT SHIFT.

Although i dont like having acne on my face (who does) atleast it goes sometimes, and clears up for a while. whereas NOTHING affects my chest acne.

I want to stop it because the number of spots on my chest is growing.

please, someone help.

I have problems with chest acne, too - where when I get a zit - it STAYS, no matter what. And when it finally goes away, the huge red mark is there for months on end.

I think it might have to do with the skin being thinner there or something - I'm not totally sure. I've found Neosporin cream (instead of BP) on my chest helps the red marks a little. It's frustrating - the topicals I use on my face are pretty useless for my chest acne, too.

That sucks, it sounds like you're really going through a lot... I think I can tell you how to heal all of your chest breakouts and prevent them from occurring if you follow some very simple steps. Visible results should be instantaneous.

If you buy this brush, it only costs 3$ or less:

and a bar of cetaphil gentle cleansing bar (2$)

This works the same for everyone. If you begin exfoliating once per day in the shower with that brush and cetaphil gentle cleansing bar, you will probably see results after only one or two days that exponentially compound as the days progress. Your "chest acne forevor" will be a thing of the past. I would recommend using neosporin cream as a spot treatment only for the ones that have been around for a long time, and apply it after exfoliation. (if you have a TON of red marks and acne all over then just use it all over for convenience sake)

and after your red marks and acne have faded, it's not necessary at all to use neosporin cream on your chest. daily exfoliation with the brush and cetaphil should keep it away permanently. Please try it out and let us know how it goes.

The best product for body acne is Doxycycline.

You got to get this prescribed from a derm.

Doxycycline will control the oil your body and clear your body of the acne.

There's 2 versions of doxycycline.

One is called Doryx.

The other one is called Doxycycline.

The Doryx is alot more expensive if you have no health insurance.

The main difference between the 2.

The Doryx is better on the stomach when you first take it.

Its kind of like Ester C compared to regular Vitamin C.

If you have no health insurance.

Get the regular Doxycycline.

Get 100 MG.

I have no insurance to cover the costs.

The Doxycycline costs 25 dollars at a pharmacist.

The Doryx with no insurance is like 200 dollars.

There is no shelf product you can buy that will stop the acne from growing.

Only an anti biotic will stop it.

I would also recommend using Neutrogena Body Clear Body Scrub.

This has 2 percent Salicylic Acid and is very good for body acne.

Its the best scrub i'v used for body acne.

Leave this on your body for like 1 minute then wash off.

When your body acne goes down you might have redmarks from the body acne.

The best thing for this is an AHA product.

I would recommend the Alpha Hydrox enhanced lotion.

It has 10% AHA in it.

It costs about 13 dollars.

They sell it in Eckerd and Riteaid.

This is a great product.

I had really bad redmarks on my body and it got rid of all the redmarks.

It took about 3 months to get rid of the redmarks.
